This set of exercises was originally given to practice first thing in the morning, and is even recommended to do before getting out of bed! This series sets the navel point, strengthens digestion, balances the thyroid, increases energy levels, and only takes 4 - 7 minutes of your day!


The benefits of a strong navel point include: a strong sense of identity, emotional stamina, and the ability to follow through on tasks and keep commitments. When our navel center is weak, we can easily get swept up in other peoples’ emotional states and dramas. Setting the navel keeps us steady and in our own power. The series is as follows:
