Short Set for the Liver
SHORT SET FOR THE LIVER
1. Cobra Pose with long, deep breathing for 1-3 minutes. Inhale, hold and pull Mulbhand, relax.
2. Platform Pose. In raised pushup position, keep body and arms perfectly straight. Inhale, pull Mulbhand, exhale, pull Mulbhand. (Poisens go to the liver).
3. Lie back on heels, arms straight up, and pump stomach for 2-3 minutes.
