Meditation to Get Rid of Dead Cells, Tiredness, and Brain Fatigue (Meditation for Photographic Memory)

Posture/Mudra: Sit in easy pose with spine straight. Place the hands at cheek level, palms facing inward toward eachother, slightly wider than the face.
Movement: Move the hands out and in as fast as possible. Use the whole hand. Keep the hands and wrists straight, from elbow to palm of hand, whole arm must be stiff.
Breath: Make and “O” of the mouth. Breath in through the mouth 5,6,8 times and breath out of the mouth 5,6,8 times, FAST.
Eyes: Unspecified at start. “If you work hard your eyes will not remain open.”
Mantra/Music: No music was played in class.
Time: 11 minutes
END: 11:00 - Three Inhales and Exhales to End.

11:00 [Inhale and Hold for 18 Seconds] “Fold your hands and stretch your body like this, hold the breath, stretch it and shake the entire body with the power of the fist. That will decide your youth. Shake the entire body, just from here.”
11:18 [Exhale] “Breathe out. Don't worry, it is a very good exercise.”
11:23 [Inhale and Hold for 13 Seconds] “Inhale again. And now go do your best, all dead cells will leave.”
11:36 [Exhale] “Breathe out. Now this is a last chance.”
11:40 [Inhale and Hold for 12 Seconds] “Breathe in, little more, go, harder, harder.”
11:52 [Exhale] “Relax.”
Comments: “Your spine will jump, your body will jump it’s a very powerful exercise if you do it right. The body magnetic field must move.” Sweat. This meditation can give photogenic memory.
